Phoenix Jayy Standard UK Delivery Information
At Phoenix Jayy we despatch orders within 1 day, because we believe you shouldn't be waiting days and weeks for your lovely boutique jewellery to arrive. Therefore once your order has been confirmed, we strive to ensure you receive your UK order within 2 - 3 working days on most occasions.
Orders are despatched Monday to Friday via Royal Mail Delivery and as a result are tracked and insured. Orders placed after 1pm on Friday and over the weekend or bank holidays will be processed the next working day.
You will receive an email notification from us as soon as your order has been processed. All orders will require a signature on delivery and as such will be tracked via Royal Mail's barcode tracking system.

Phoenix Jayy Standard Delivery – £3.50 – Royal Mail Special Delivery – delivered within 3 - 5 working days on most occasions.
Phoenix Jayy Fast Delivery – £5.25 – Royal Mail Special Delivery – delivered within 1 - 2 working days on most occasions.
Free standard delivery on all UK orders over £60 or more.
