What is the Phoenix Jayy Student Discount?
Students who have a current and working .AC email address e.g. firstname.surname@university.ac.uk can take advantage of a 10% refund on the *value of orders placed at www.PhoenixJayy.co.uk
How does it work?
1. Select the items you wish to order from www.PhoenixJayy.co.uk using your Shopping Bag
2. At the Checkout when asked for your email address enter a current and valid .AC student email address
3. Complete Checkout process by remembering to return back to www.PhoenixJayy.co.uk following payment
4. Your order will despatched to you
5. We will refund 10% of the *value of your order back to you (*excluding delivery charges where applied), which we aim to process usually within 7 days of you receiving your order, but at the final discretion of Phoenix Jayy.
Where will the student discount be refunded to and can I change the account that it is refunded to?
The student discount will only be refunded to the original payment source recorded by our payment provider at the time you placed your original order e.g. your original debit or credit card or via your original PayPal account. In no instance will we be able to change the account that we refund your student discount to.
Does the student discount apply to all products?
Yes – all products at www.PhoenixJayy.co.uk :-)
Can I purchase gift certificates with the student discount?
No, the discount only applies to our jewellery only.
Is there a limit to how much I can spend using the student discount?
There is a maximum cumulative spending limit of £1,000 including the discount.
Can I use other promotional codes in conjunction with the student discount?
No, the student discount cannot be combined with other promotional offers.
I'm a student but I don't have a .AC email address. Can I get a discount?
No, the discount is only available to students who have a current and working .AC email address e.g. firstname.surname@university.ac.uk
