However, in the event that products are found to be faulty, please refer to our returns policy outlined below. Please understand that it is our commitment to you, to ensure that products received are of the highest possible standard.

Phoenix Jayy values its customers and our paramount priority is to satisfy all of our customers. Items purchased at PhoenixJayy.co.uk may be refunded up to 2 weeks/14 days after their receipt, with the exception of gift cards and vouchers (subject to applicable law).

NB. Under the distance selling regulations you have the legal right to cancel your order within fourteen working days of receipt of the goods. This right applies to all goods purchased on the Phoenix Jayy website except for any pierced products, such as earrings. These products are excluded because of current UK Health & Hygiene regulations.

We strongly recommend that you arrange for proof of delivery on returned items as we cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. Providing the items are returned as described above we will provide you with a refund or exchange. Delivery charges will only be refundable in the case of faulty or damaged goods or where the incorrect product has been received. Delivery charges on returns will only be refunded if all items from an order have been returned.
